The special refuge with a breathtaking view - start and finish of forays through the contemplative landscape of the Seetal. MS Rigi was in service for 62 years as a cruise ship on Lake Lucerne. Today, its wheelhouse towers high above the Baldeggersee and invites you to an extraordinary holiday. The cozy interior offers space for a 140 bed. Shower, toilet, kitchen and dining area are in the house next door (separate entrance). From the corresponding seat you can enjoy the unique view over the lake and the mountains. In the area you will find an attractive hiking and cycling network. In addition, there is a charming Lido nearby. A tandem is available for free. Shops and train station can be reached in fifteen minutes. Half-hourly train connections to Lucerne and Lenzburg (- Zurich).
