In the living room, you will find a cozy sofa corner with a TV, as well as an additional sleeping option with a 1.60 m wall bed. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower/WC and an additional separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and a dining area is also available. The balcony offers a beautiful panoramic view of Corviglia/Piz Nair.

The apartment has been regularly renovated in recent years and offers an attractive standard; most recently, the bathrooms were completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with two walk-in showers.
