Historic house with lake view

The holiday apartment of around 120m² is on two floors and can accommodate up to ten people.

The large living room-kitchen with wooden floor and vaulted ceiling has two large dining tables with chairs, a sofa bed for two people and satellite smart-TV. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, six-burner gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer.
The living room-kitchen opens directly onto the fabulous courtyard and shared garden equipped with chairs, tables and deckchairs as well as the barbecue.
A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a hallway with a sofa bed for two people. Here are the three bedrooms, one with access to the external veranda (connected to the porch via a staircase) and two with access to the terrace overlooking the lake. On the same floor there are two bathrooms with shower where there is a washing machine. Via the spiral staircase you reach the roof terrace.
This floor can also be accessed from the street via the rear entrance.
The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system.

Outside the kitchen there is a shared courtyard and a large porch with columns and vaulted ceilings overlooking the garden equipped with chairs, tables and deckchairs as well as a barbecue.
From inside the apartment there is access to the roof solarium which offers fantastic views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
From one of the bedrooms you have access to the veranda on the first floor furnished with a round table and wooden chairs which enjoys a splendid view of the lake; via the steep and ancient staircase you have exclusive access to the common areas such as the courtyard and garden

Zorzino is a small quiet town, towards the church there is a playground, going up a few meters towards the mountain you find yourself walking along the paths in the woods. 1 km away, reachable on foot from the road or from the steep path in the woods, there is Riva di Solto, a small charming village with fantastic walks along the lake shore. This area is not particularly served by public transport, for short trips within the town it is advisable to move on foot while it is always advisable to have a car.

    “Super Wohnung auf zwei Etagen mit netten Vermietern und gigantischem Seeblick !!!! Für uns perfekt ! Positiv: Großzügige Aufteilung der Zimmer. 2 Terrassen und 2 Balkone mit gigantischerm Seeblick ! Sehr sauber ! Negativ: Keine Kaffeemaschine (Nur eine Presskanne ähnlich Bodum) Anfahrt laut Navi ziemlich anstrengend.... ( Hat auch unseren Nachbarn betroffen) besser über Via Principale oberhalb der Kirche.... Für kleine Kinder und ältere Leute könnte die schmale Verbindungstreppe Probleme bereiten... Ausflüge: Iseo - Netter Ort mit schönem Stadtbild....”

    “Im ganzen eines sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage (Ausblick und Start zu Wanderungen vor der Haustür) sowie kurzweiligen Fußmarsch in das idyllische Örtchen. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus sehr gering, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Auto. Ein kleiner Laden deckt den täglichen Bedarf ab! Für größere Einkäufe benötigt man das Auto, was aber gar kein Problem darstellt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen so wie die Gegend um und am Iseosee. Positiv: Das Haus und die Lage sowie die Größe der Ferienwohnung. Negativ: Denke die Wohnung ist ehr für 6 Personen geeignet, da 3 separate und abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Die 2 Gästebetten sind für Übernachtung ehr ungeeignet, da das eine im Gang und das andere in der Küche steht. Auch der Schlafkomfort in zwei Schlafzimmer sowie auf der Gästeliege in der Küche war nicht sehr gut. Durchgelegene Matratzen. Dies haben wir aber vor Ort schon angesprochen, und die Vermieter wollten dieses schnellstmöglich abstellen.”

    “Schönes Objekt auf einem Berg mit unverbauten Blick auf den See, Anlage sehr sauber und gemütlich, sehr ruhig
    alle Räume gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber.
    Sehr schöne große Wohnküche die alles bietet was man braucht mit Zugang in den Garten.
    alle Zimmer mit Balkon bzw. Terrasse, sehr schöne Dachterrasse, leider ist diese aber sehr schlecht mit Sitz- und Liegemöbel ausgestattet, dies könnte noch besser sein.
    Vermieterin sehr eigen, Mülltrennung unbedingt beachten.
    Für Personen mit Gehproblemen jedoch schwierig, da Parkplatz in einiger Entfernung und viele schmale Treppen im Haus.”
