    “Alles aan dit huis is versleten en zeer slecht onderhouden: tennisveld volledig onderkomen, duikplank zwembad gekraakt, vuile randen, een pomp die continu draait, niet-geaarde elektrische kabels in buurt van water, kapotte ligzetels. Koelkast en oven vuil. Douche in badkamer 1 is zo klein dat mijn echtgenoot er niet in geraakte, badkamer 2 is een vuile miniberging naast leefruimte. Toiletten met lege toiletblokjes, duidelijk niet gekuist en doorspoelen lukt nauwelijks. Bedden die volledig doorzakken, afvalpapier onder de bedden. En alsof de hele rotzooi nog niet genoeg was wordt je de hele dag door gebeten door honderden muggen en lastig gevallen door zwerfkatten.     “Das Haus ist zwar für acht Personen etwas klein und auch etwas abgelegen, jedoch sauber und durch den großen Pool sowie den Tennisplatz für einen Familienaufenthalt perfekt. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig und zum Abschalten perfekt. Der Hausherr war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern hatte auch für jedes Problemchen und unsere Wünsche ein offenes Ohr. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, jedoch ist Grottaglie binnen 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt für Unternehmungen aller Art sehr gut. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten (Alberobello, Ostuni, Taranto etc.) liegen in der Nähe.”
