The detached holiday home built in 2011, was renovated in 2024. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Overlooking the garden and woods. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property.
