The house and furnishings are completely new. The comfortable apartment has three bedrooms with modern ergonomic mattresses. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms (toilet, bidet, shower) and a large combined kitchen/living area with all appliances as modern kitchen needs. [Fridge and freezer, electric oven, gas stoves, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave] In the living area there is also a TV and internet. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The idyllic town of Santa Caterina is situated on the western coast of Sardinia and offers you restaurants, groceries, a library and pharmacy.     “Eine tolle, große, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die uns als sehr gute Basis für Ausflüge an der Westküste gedient hat. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber unaufdringlich, und jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn es um Hinweise oder Tipps oder auch Probleme ging.
    Einziges, kleines Manko und deshalb nur vier Häuschen ist die Hauptstraße, die unmittelbar am Grundstück entlanggeht. Sie war zwar für eine Hauptstraße aus unserer Sicht noch eher moderat befahren, aber das störte etwas, wenn man einfach nur lesend oder relaxend in den Liegesesseln vor der Wohnung sitzen wollte.
    Trotzdem empfehlenswert!”

    “Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und für unsere Zwecke (2 Erw. und 4 Kinder) auch sehr gut geschnitten. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein klitzekleiner Minuspunkt ist die Straße vor der Tür auf der leider nicht alle Autofahrer mit angemessener Geschwindigkeit unterwegs sind. Zum Glück für Familien mit Kindern gibt es jedoch das große Schiebetor zu Straße hin.”

    “Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 10 Tage vom 04.06.- 14.06.2016 in Santa Caterina! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, geben gute Tipps!
    Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch gut, 3 min. mit dem Auto zum Strand, gute Parkmöglichkeit und eine traumhaft schöne Bucht. Die Kinder, 4 Jahre alt, hatten viel Platz zum Spielen und das Meer ist sehr sauber! Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!
    Es gibt einen kleinen Einkaufsladen 5 min. vom Haus entfernt, dort bekommt man schon einiges, aber recht teuer. 30 Km entfernt in Oristano ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, dort bekommt man alles zu guten Preisen.”
