Comfortable holiday apartment in a quiet, central location

This is a comfortable holiday apartment for a stay in Heidelberg. The apartment is in Eppelheim, a little town that borders Heidelberg directly, towards the west.

The 53m² apartment is suitable for three people. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sitting corner with two little sofas and a dining space for three people. There is a desk with a computer by the window, with wireless Internet access. There is a TV in the middle of the room. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200cm) with a bedside table, a single bed (90 x 190cm), a dresser and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and hand towels. The bathroom has a washbasin, cupboard and mirror, shower, WC and bidet.

The apartment is very quietly situated, but at the same time central, with public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and cafés within easy reach. There are plenty of free parking spaces.

Eppelheim has very good public transport connections by tram and bus. It is about 5km to the town centre of Heidelberg, as well as to Schwetzingen.

    “Nette, saubere ruhig gelegene Dachwohnung, mit netten Vermietern und allem was man in einem Zuhause auf Zeit braucht. Heidelberg ist gut mt öffentlichen Nahverkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
    Bäcker und Busshaltestelle gut zu Fuß erreichbar.”

    “Für uns ideal! Heidelberg und Speyer in nächster Nähe, Hund und Kleinkind kein Problem. Sehr gute
    Küchenausstattung, die ganze Wohnung ist gefliest oder hat Laminatboden, ruhige Wohngegend, Bäcker und Straßenbahn fußläufig zu erreichen. W-Lan problemlos, großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofaecke und Schreibtisch, Zeitschriften, Bücher, Spiele. Einziges Manko: Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, war sie sehr heiß und man musste die Fenster öffnen, um sie zu kühlen. Dafür steht aber auch ein großer Ventilator zur Verfügung. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.”

    “Sauber, gute, ruhige Lage, alles da, was für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Nachteil nur die laute Heizung (muss entlüftet werden) im Schlafraum. Vermieter wollte sich darum kümmern.”

    “Saubere und ordentliche Ferienwohnung mit funktionaler Ausstattung. Einen Punkt Abzug, weil das dritte Bett nicht mal zwei Meter lang und die Toilettenspülung eine Katastrophe ist - der Familie bekannt! Sonst sind die Vermieter sehr freundlich und Wohnung hat alles was man so braucht.
    Wir waren mit zwei großen Hunden da, was völlig unproblematisch war. Auch der Platz war absolut ausreichend. Auslaufmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe.”
