Just 6 km above Arezzo, in a quiet hilly position, is this comfortable country house with large garden and pool. The furnishings are tasteful and the entire property is very well maintained. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, divided by arches, with an open fireplace. From the well-equipped terrace you can directly access the covered terrace seating area with babecue. The property is located at an altitude of 600 meters, where it is quite bearable even on hot days - and from everywhere you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of Arezzo: here you will find the appropriate setting for relaxation, and perhaps also for creative activities such as cooking, painting, writing. On the spacious fenced property, - consisting of garden area, olive grove and pine forest - guests have exclusive use of a sun terrace, barbecue, pool area with pool and deck chairs, as well as a football/volleyball field. A crib can be provided upon request. Arezzo with its famous museums and churches, interesting stores, good restaurants and trattorias is only a stone's throw away, so you can easily go to town for a cappuccino or an aperitivo. On Saturdays there is a big weekly market and on the first weekend of each month there is the famous antique market in the old town. Cortona (30 km), Siena (70 km) and Florence (80 km, also by train) are easy to reach from here. Short unpaved driveway. A gardener is on site daily. 1 extra guest can be accommodated on request.
