This apartment is quietly situated in the centre of the village and near all of the quick transport connections for getting to the places of tourist interest. The village is eight kilometres from the town centre of Caen and six kilometres from the trade fair site. The owner lives on the upper floor of the house.
The separate apartment of 50m² with a modern interior used to be the village pharmacy. It is on the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance (from the parking area opposite the owners’ entrance) and can accommodate three or four people. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, freezer compartment and coffee machine. The living and dining room has a dining corner with a table and four chairs. The living room provides a sofa bed (130 cm x 200 cm) with a quality mattress, an LCD flatscreen TV, a DVD player, radio and mini CD player, as well as books and board games. The bedroom has a new (2016) double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm and a cupboard with shelves. The bathroom provides big shower and a washbasin. There is also a second washroom with a separate WC. The washing machine is in a corner in the hallway. Wireless Internet access is available.
The terrace provides garden furniture, deckchairs and a charcoal grill. There is a private parking space that can be closed off by an automatic gate.
The apartment is near all the necessary shops. The sea is 20km away. There are many places of tourist interest within 50km, including the landing beaches, Arromances, Bayeux, Caen, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint Michel (110 km), Etretat, the Norman Switzerland, a leisure park, a zoo and forests. You can go swimming, visit museums or enjoy cultural activities.
