Villas by the sea, surrounded by a large garden

The area with the two villas is located in La Conia, less than 2 km from Cannigione, and situated directly by the sea.

The property includes two villas, both on the same plot of land and about 30m apart. One of the villas is completely at the guests' disposal, while the other is divided into two halves - one of which is inhabited by the owners. There is a laundry room in a small adjacent building that can be shared by all the guests.

The villas are surrounded by a large, peaceful garden, which directly faces the sea and where pets can be kept. There are also parking spaces on the property.

There is direct access to the beach, making this place ideal for families with children.

La Conia is a district of Cannigione, which can be reached by walking along the beach promenade. Only a few steps from the beach in La Conia is a small tourist harbour, a sailing school, canoe and pedal boat hire, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. You can swim, dive, snorkel, fish or make excursions to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda here. In addition, you can take boat trips to the marine reserve in the archipelago of La Maddalena and the Costa Smeralda, or trips to the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera, to the Dolphin Studies Centre, the museum dedicated to Garibaldi, as well as to the archaeological excavations of Arzachena.

Villa by the sea

The villa, surrounded by the large veranda facing the sea, overlooks a large garden and directly on the beach. It is located in a quiet pedestrian and cycle path, without traffic, along the La Conia-Cannigione seafront.

The villa is about 100m² in size, is located on a raised ground floor and is on one level. A staircase leads to the entrance of the house via the verandah. The villa consists of four rooms, which are equipped with wooden furnishings: an entrance hall, a living room, a large kitchen and two bedrooms. At the entrance is a chair bed for one person and a built-in cupboard. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, two armchairs, a table with chairs for six people and a sideboard, as well as a fireplace and television. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen cupboards, and cooking utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery and pots, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), as well as a table with six chairs. The bedroom is spacious and is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an armchair. The large bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe, while the second bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The villa also has a basement with a washing machine.

Around the villa is a large verandah with deck chairs, chairs, a side table, two small armchairs, a dining table and stools for ten people to have an outdoor meal. A staircase leads to a viewing terrace. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue for private use.The property is fenced, with the possibility of parking.

The vacation rental has free internet. Travel cot and high chair for children available on request and free of charge. It is possible to rent a single-seater kayak. The use depends on the climatic conditions, to be evaluated on site.The structure implements principles of sustainability to reduce the environmental impact: attention to separate waste collection, abolition of single-use plastic, use of solar panels for hot water, reduction of water waste, raising awareness of guests.

The beach is a few meters away and is also accessible with a stroller or pram. A short distance away is a lovely islet with a beach that can be reached by boat or swimming.The village of La Conia has a bar and two good restaurants, as well as a Nautical Club, it is connected to the town of Cannigione with a beautiful walk along the pedestrian promenade, a cycle path with exercise equipment. The town center with shops, restaurants and supermarkets is about 1800 m.La Conia is ideally located for visiting northern Sardinia.

    “Haus und Lage sind gut. Das Haus hat eine Wohnung im Untergeschoss, die von den Verwaltern verwendet wird, einen Waschraum, der häufig genutzt wird, einen Garten der ausgiebig bewirtschaftet wird.Wer auf Privatsphäre verzichten kann, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir waren es nicht.”

    “Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer einmaligen Lage und einem kleinen Strand an dem man zu einer Insel schwimmen kann. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr grosszügig, und bietet einen tollen Garten. Wir haben es mit unserer Familie sehr genossen die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder!”

    “Ein Ort, zu dem wir gerne wiederkommen! Danke für die Offenheit, das Vertrauen und die Unkompliziertheit! Positiv: Ein sehr schöner Ort im Grünen und doch direkt an der Küste. Sehr nette Vermieterinnen, die tolle Tipps geben, z.B. für Ausflüge. In der Nähe gibt es viele Buchten mit angenehmen Stränden, auch Wanderungen und Besuche historischer Stätten sind möglich.”

    “Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern (10J, 13J)) waren sehr zufrieden. Vor allem haben wir die grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf das 30m entfernte Mittelmeer genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Das sehr grosse Grundstück mit Pinien und Olivenbäumen war sehr schön. Eine zeitlang wurde eine kleine Wohnung unterhalb des Hauses vermietet (unterhalb des Schlafzimmers), man hörte morgens die Bewohner, uns hat das nicht weiter belastet, diese Info gehört meiner Meinung nach aber in die Beschreibung, Dieser Urlaub gefiel der gesamten Familie ausgesprochen gut, wir geben eine klare Empfehlung ab. Liebe Grüße an Frau Filigheddu.”
