The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 2013 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger and terrace. All facilities of the residence can be used by guests staying at the accommodation. Cot and high chair subject to availability, on request.

Tignale, district Aer - Frazione di Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment can be in ground floor (with garden and terrace) or on the 1st floor (with terrace). Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. Access is via a path (length 5 m). Parking is available on the property.
