Holiday apartment with air conditioning and pool
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2010 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The apartment house is located in a quiet area, just 2000 meters from the ancient walls that delimit the medieval historic center of Lucca.The house is the result of a recent complete renovation of a large old stable with private parking, large garden and summer swimming pool and offers comfortable accommodation with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), safe, iron, ironing board and washing machine. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 11.5 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October.
