The spacious and beautifully furnished holiday home has 350 m² of living space over two floors on a 1,100 m² property. It is located in beautiful surroundings with a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. The property is located in an exclusive residential complex in Valldemossa, a small mountain village in the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The holiday home is secured by an alarm system, is suitable for up to ten people and has five bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), one has a sofa bed for two people, one bedroom has a bunk bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m each) and the fifth bedroom has three single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). One of the bedrooms with a double bed also has a fireplace, a dressing room and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. All five rooms have windows overlooking the garden and the cliffs. There are also three bathrooms, all of which are equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. The spacious living room is divided into a living and dining area by a central fireplace, which provides warmth for cooler days. From this room, you have a great view of the pool area through the large windows to. The dining area has a table and six chairs for communal meals. The living room also has a sofa, a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and a coffee machine. In addition, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning and heating can also be used. WLAN is also available to you on site.
Outside there is a large pool where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing, along with a roofed verandah and a dining area. The (chlorinated) pool was constructed in Roman style, measures 10 x 5 metres and has a maximum depth of 2.2 metres. In the garden, there is also an outdoor shower, a grill/barbecue and a sun terrace. There is a small playground for the little ones - with swings, a slide and a playhouse. A garage is also to you available during your stay. The property is fenced, so can let your four-footed friend run around in the garden without a care.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and relaxing walks. There are various routes through the mountain villages in the nearby surroundings. The city of Palma is about 12 km away, so a visit to the Majorcan capital by car is no problem, and is highly recommended. A short drive away, you can also visit places such as Valldemossa, Banyalbufar, Deia, Esporles and Galilea. The village where the holiday home is located, has all the amenities, such as supermarkets, tapas bars, restaurants serving local cuisine, cafes with outdoor terraces, a health centre, a pharmacy, banks and a post office. A football pitch and tennis courts can be found there as well. The holiday home is located 3 km from the beach and 2 minutes’ walk from the village of Valldemossa.
