Apartment building with several holiday apartments and a shared garden

If you are looking for suitable, well-priced accommodation or a room, for yourself or for your workers, for your holiday or for a leisurely long weekend, then this is the right place for you. The house is right by the A6 motorway exit Schwetzingen-Nord, Ma-Rheinau. The detached six-family house with the apartments enjoys a quiet location at the edge of the forest in the Hirschacker district of Schwetzingen. The owners live on the first floor.

Attic apartment for three people

The holiday apartment in the attic measures 62m² and consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a fully-equipped, built-in kitchen. The double bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200cm), two single wardrobes and two bedside tables with lamps. The single room has a bed measuring 100 x 200cm. a wardrobe, a dresser, a desk and a bedside table with a lamp. The living room provides a sofa, an armchair, a table, a TV table with a TV set and a desk. The bathroom has a WC, bath with shower curtain, a wall mirror and a washbasin. The built-in kitchen is fully-equipped, with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, a tableware set for six people, cutlery and various kitchen utensils. A vacuum cleaner, dustpan, bucket and mop, tea towels and cleaning cloths are provided. The dining table has three chairs.

Behind the detached house there is a lovely garden with a fish pond and waterfall. In front of the fish pond there is seating with a table and a parasol. There are also three sun loungers and a charcoal grill in the garden. There is a place for smoking in front of the house, with seating and a table.

A travel cot can be provided. All the rooms have central heating. A set of towels is provided for each guest, changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned every 14 days and the bed linen is changed.

The famous asparagus town of Schwetzingen is at the heart of the Kurpfalz. From here you can explore the beautiful landscapes and places of historical interest. It is only 15km from Schwetzigen to the world-famous university town of Heidelberg. A visit to the old town of Heidelberg, the old historical bridge with a town gate or the castle is to be recommended. The famous town of Speyer (ca. 20km) with the Kaiserdom, the historical museum and the Technology Museum, as well as the Pretzel Festival, is worth a visit. You can explore the nearby town of Mannheim (ca. 12km) with its sights, as well as the baroque castle, the tower with its revolving restaurant with a beautiful view of the Odenwald and the Pfälzerwald, the Herzogenried and Luisenpark, the Jesuit Church, the many museums and the emblem of Mannheim, the water tower. You can plan a boat trip from Heidelberg through the romantic Neckar Valley or a trip to the picturesque Odenwald. All the towns are easily accessible by public transport. The centre of Schwetzingen is easy to get to by bus (bus stop right in front of the door). It takes about 10 minutes and costs 50 cents. You can get off the bus at the lovely castle square in Schwetzingen and you are right at the heart of things. All around the castle square and the side streets there are many cafés, bars and restaurants. You can relax in a cosy atmosphere with a coffee, a glass of wine or a good meal. A visit to the famous castle gardens is also recommended. There is a supermarket just 1.5km away. Apart from the supermarket there is a public swimming lake with waterskiing facilities. The Hollydaypark in Haßloch is 25km away. You will be spending your holiday in an ideal starting point for cultural and town trips. The house is ideally situated, also for short or extended hikes or cycle tours, or various events such as Castle In Flames, Night of Museums, castle festivals. There are public transport connections to Mannheim an Heidelberg.
