Perfect for families or group of friends - up to 12 guests in 3 apartments

Located near the Yacht Marina Veruda, in a residential part of Pula, with many restourants and bars within 500 meters from the house, it is also near to the most popular beaches. The center is about 3 km from our location.

Every apartment has air condition, wifi, SAT TV, washing machine etc. The pool is for common use of the guests of our 3 apartments.

There is a big terrace on the south side of the house, furnished with dining tables, gas barbecue, garden on the north side with another barbecue station and pool with glass whirlpool, private parking. There are sun loungers and dining tables around it too.

The owners of the house live on the highest floor and are available for any kind of help for the guests.
The apartments are not suitable for the wheelchairs because of the stairs.

Quiet apartment with a terrace and a courtyard

The residential house is in a quiet residential district in the town of Pula, near the sea.

The terrace has a big dining table with chairs and a barbecue. The courtyard with sun loungers provides plenty of space to relax. A parking space is available on site.

The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed. The air-conditioned living and dining room has a sofa bed for two children, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle. The bathroom consists of a shower with massage jets, a washbasin and a toilet. Wireless Internet access is available.

The nearest beach is only 400 metres away. Supermarkets and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. There are good connections into the town centre, just five minutes by car or a few stops on the bus.

    “Saubere Wohnung für 3 Personen noch ausreichend. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit grossem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Fernseher, Kochplatte .
    Schöne Terasse und Pool mit tollem Ausblick auf die Marina.
    Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.”

    “Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, tolles Bad mit Wellnessdusche, wo der Tag gut anfängt, weiterhin dient die sehr große Terrasse mit Tisch und 6 Stühlen, 2 Sonnenliegen zum verweilen. Ein großer Gasgrill kann man jederzeit nutzen. Die Terrasse ist mit Weinreben überdacht und bietet Sonnenschutz. Ein neuer großer und sehr sauberer Pool mit Sitzecke und Bar sowie weiteren Sonnenliegen machen auf der anderen Seite des Hauses, die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Alles ist mit sehr viel liebe eingerichtet. Selbst unter den Betten, wo ich den Ball von unserem Hunde gesucht habe, war jeglicher Staub nicht zu finden. Ein schöner Abend mit unserem Gastgeber und Kruskovac ( Kroatischer Likör ), war sehr kurzweilig. Wir können diese Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.”

Der Preis für die Übernachtungen ist wie immer gestaffelt je nach dem in welchen Monaten man bucht. Er ist angemessen und vollkommen akzeptabel.”
