The luxury suite is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, providing 95m² of living space, comprising two separate bedrooms, a large living room with a bed and an integrated kitchen-diner, as well as a designer granite bathroom and a guest WC. The first bedroom is furnished with two quality box spring beds (100 x 200cm) next to each other, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The second bedroom has a single bed (100 x 200cm), a spacious cupboard wall with ample space to store your luggage, and access to the balcony. The hallway leads to the centrepiece of the apartment. The large living room has an open, fully-equipped kitchen on one side including a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen open towards the living and dining room provides ample worktop space for enthusiastic amateur chefs and has modern appliances such as an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, mixer and various utensils for convenient self-catering. You can sit at the dining table together on six transparent chairs. In the other area of the room there is the lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed for a fourth and fifth guest. An extra large flatscreen TV with a USB port, DVD and Blu-Ray player provides entertainment in the evening. An external door leads directly onto the partially roofed terrace. The designer granite bathroom is fitted with a large, walk-in, glass shower cubicle, an illuminated wall mirror, a washbasin and a WC. Towels and fresh bed linen are provided. Please note that it is a non-smoking apartment and so smoking is not permitted indoors. Wireless Internet access is available.

It is on the left side of the Weser in the south of Bremen and in the north it is bordered by the Werdersee, in the east by the Weser, in the south by the Arsten motorway slip road, and in the west by several pastures. You can therefore benefit from the proximity to the city, but are still surrounded by green belts and recreational areas.
Breakfast or daily cleaning can be booked optionally. There are shops about 800 metres away and cafés and restaurants awaiting your visit 400 metres away. There are also bars, a swimming lake and a place for fishing about 300 metres away. Those who enjoy sports activities can use a tennis court 1km away, an outdoor pool 2km away and a golf course 3km away. In the north there is the long lake Werdersee 700m) with its meadows, embankments and beaches, and in the east there is the Weser with little sandy bays.
