This detached 240 m² holiday home is located only 1 km from Pollença's historic town centre, making it an ideal property if you are looking for peace and quiet, but also enjoy being close to town.
The holiday house offers three air conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds (1.40 m x 1.90 m and 1.35 m x 1.90m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a shower tub, a toilet and a sink. The spacious kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a sectional, which surrounds the fireplace and the satellite flat screen television. There is also a stereo with a CD player and radio. Adjacent is the dining room with a large table and chairs. A washing machine, an ironing board and WI-FI are also available.
The partially covered patio is also furnished with a table and chairs. From here you can enjoy stunning views over the garden and the 9 m x 5 m swimming pool. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The kids will love playing amongst the native plants. There is also a barbecue available to you. Pets are not permitted.
Pollença, the cradle of artists, musicians and poets offers many cultural and touristic sights and attractions and is well known for its music festivals. Art exhibits abound. On Sundays, traditional markets take place. Enjoy a walk through the historic centre with its numerous bars and restaurants. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafes and public transport can be found about 1 km from the house. It is about 5 km to the ocean and the beach and a golf course. The airport is approximately 52 km from the property.
