arable land where people mainly cultivated olives, grapes and figs. Today in Ratac there is a residental resort located logitudinally along the coast. It was built during the last thirty years. These are mostly small houses of the locals. part of the houses is permanently resident while others are used as holiday homes. To fully experience the charms of this beautiful place located in an oasis of peaxe and tranquility of pristine nature besides sunbathing and swimming it is suggested to go for walks through the countryside, panoramic boat trips logitudinally along the coast of Ratac and Elafatic islands placed near our apartmants and visit the famous attractions and landmarks of Dubrovnik Riviera.

Ratac is surrounded by a mild Mediterranean climate and are in the midst of winter bathed by the sun. The sun shines from dawn to dusk and we have more than 250 sunny days a year. The average annual temperature is 16,6°C, and during the summer 26 °C. Snow and low temperatures are rare, last shortly and bring such a joy that if it snows our world stops for one day. The swimming season begins in April, sometimes even sooner and lasts until the end of October, even later. For the braver ones the swimming season never ends.

SNAV, etc.).Dubrovnik is one of the most attractive and most popular cities on the Mediterranean. Dubrovnik is a city with an exceptionally broad tourist supply.
It is attractive any time of the year, for it is a city of hotels, beautiful landscapes, and an enviable ecological standard - geared to tourism. The sightseeing of Dubrovnik and its monuments requires several days. However, already a walk through Stradun, through narrow streets and small squares, monumental ramparts and fortresses, provides enough opportunities to experience the millennial beauty of its shell-shaped urban core, centuries of building, stone-cutting, carving and engraving, the history of the Duke's Palace, libraries, the oldest pharmacy and the city’s 15th century synagogue in the south of Europe, etc.
