    “l'Estartit is een prachtig stadje, de grote van een gemiddelde Belgische gemeente. Een prachtig strand en promenade die doorloopt tot aan de haven. Het is toeristisch maar gezellig, nooit te druk. Er is een overvloed aan restaurants waar men niet alleen lekker maar ook gezellig kan tafelen? voor wie fan is van spicy; zeker de Mexicaanse restaurant Tex-Mex proberen. Verder is er een hele leuke winkelstraat waarvan de winkels heel laat opên blijven. Voor de kinderen, grrot en klein is ook voldoende voorzien. Van hier en daar kleine speelpleintjes tot een bijna volledig attractiepark inclusief karting. Wie graag eens iets anders bezoekt komt ook aan zijn trekken, er zijn de ruïnes van een Grieks/Romeinse stad niet te ver weg die men kan bezoeken, er is het Aquabrava waterpretpark op een uurtje rijden en de andere stadjes in de buurt zijnook de moeite om te bezoeken. Wie het liever iets advontuurlijker zoekt, doe de beklimming naar het kasteel van Montgri eens, het uitzicht is meer dan de moeite waard.”

    “dit is allemaal goed te doen. Voldoende winkel aanbod. op loopafstand. Ook voldoende eettenten. Voor iedereen is er voldoende keuze. De plaats is leuk (wel veel nederlanders!!!). Ook de omgeving is leuk. Barcelona is makkelijk aan te rijden met de auto (1 uur en 45 minuten). Ook leuk om Barcelona op de (electrische-)fiets te ontdekken. Pals is leuk, Roses is leuk, Girona is leuk.

    Nogmaals wij en onze kinderen (Dochters 12 jr en 16 jr en zoon 17 jr.) hebben een goede vakantie gehad.”
